Ordering

All orders that have successfully been placed, will be accompanied by an order confirmation email. This should arrive within an hour from purchase.

Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received in your in-box.

Behind the scenes we are working hard to fast track all deliveries, if you need to amend an item in your order, please promptly (within 12 hours) reply to the order confirmation email explaining the changes you require and we will do our best to make it happen, please note it might not always be possible.

Firstly you will receive notifications of new items that have just landed, we get excited with new stock and can't wait to tell everyone about it.

You will also receive random special deals including invite only discount vouchers you can redeem within the store for any item that takes your eye.

We think its a pretty big deal

But don't worry, we won't flood your inbox with emails, we currently send out around 4 promos over a calendar year.

We’re unable to split one order across multiple payment methods at this stage — for example, using two cards, or combining PayPal with Afterpay.

However, if you have Spends with Benefits Credit on your Cedar & Moore account, you can choose for it to be applied at checkout. If your Store Credit doesn’t cover the full order total, you can pay the remaining balance using any of our accepted payment methods.

Using a Cedar & Moore E-Gift Card?
If your E-Gift card balance is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose any of our accepted payment methods to pay the remaining amount.

Good to know:

  • You will see your total Store Credit amount at checkout only when you're signed in to your account.
  • If your Store Credit balance is less than your order total, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
  • You can’t choose how much Store Credit to use — the available balance will apply automatically to your order.

Shipping

All of our items have shipping calculated in the cart, if you're ordering multiple items the total will be consolidated to factor all the items you have purchased.

Remember all orders $100 and over receive complimentary shipping

We know it can be frustrating waiting even a day for that perfect outfit from Cedar & Moore, but rest assured we are working tirelessly to get your shipment delivered.

What to know where your Cedar & Moore order is?

Your order will be dispatched within 24 working hours. During busy sales periods this might take a bit longer, but we will keep you informed along the way.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation of shipping via email which includes your tracking details.

Make sure you check your inbox, spam and junk folder.

At this time, we only ship throughout the US, including Hawaii, Alaska, Guam & Puerto Rico

We are currently working on expanding into international orders, watch this space 

We have a huge catalogue of products in our store, so many infact we can't keep them in the one place so the items in your order are shipped from either our fulfilment center or partner providers, If your order contains multiple products which are kept in 2 locations you will recieve separate tracking numbers.

But not to worry, it just means that you will receive separate parcels.

We’re so sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet — we know waiting longer than expected can be frustrating.

If your order is running late, here’s what you can do:

  1. Check Your Tracking Link - Your tracking link will show the latest updates from the courier, including where your parcel is and any changes to the delivery timeframe
  2. Check the estimated date on the courier’s website - Sometimes the courier’s tracking page may show a later estimated delivery date than the one we provided. This is usually an automated update based on their network activity, and your parcel may still arrive within the original timeframe.
  3. Contact the courier - The courier may be able to provide more detailed updates about your parcel’s current location or delivery progress.

Returns

In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the following requirements:

All returns must be initiated via our "Returns Portal" found on your Cedar & Moore account page also at the top of each Cedar & Moore website page

In order to meet deadline requirements all returns must be initiated within 6 days of delivery date.

Our "Returns Portal" will show step by step instructions and keep you updated via email throughout the returns process.

How long does it take for return to be processed?

It usually takes up to 5 business days from when the return item has been received by our dispatch team, inspected and processes it. This might take a little longer if we're handling a high volume of returns due to sales and promotions. But don't worry, we will keep you informed along the way.

I ordered the wrong size, what's the fastest way to receive the right size?

As we don't exchange items, only refund- the best option to receiving your correct item fast is by returning your original item using our returns portal and requesting store credit and repurchasing the correct size.

How will I receive my refund?

We will process your refunds through the original payment method.

If you would prefer store credit, we can easily take care of that too and apply the amount directly to your account.

When requesting a return through our Returns Portal you can choose your method of refund.

E-gift Cards

Not exactly, they are a gift card just like your traditional physical card but E-gift cards are sent electronically

Cedar & Moore E-gift cards can be sent via email directly to anyone you wish and on the day of your choice

Great as a surprise birthday gift or a fashionable way to say I love you.

Simple, just log into your Cedar & Moore account through our site and all the info about your account, purchases & E-Gift cards will be on your profile page.

Alternatively you can access your prosonalised E-gift card page by opening the link in the gift card email that you received upon purchasing.

Cedar & Moore E-Gift cards are sent immediately to the purchaser or the intended recipient via email once payment has been made through our site

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing an E-gift card, but we encourage you getting value for your dollar, feel free to use discount codes or even free shipping offers when shopping with your E-gift card through our store

Redeeming your E-Gift card is super simple, just follow the steps below

Redeem at checkout

  1. Shop as usual and add items to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Enter the unique E-Gift card code in the gift card field. (E-Gift card code can be found on original email)
  4. Click "Apply" to apply the E-Gift card amount to your order total.
  5. Any unused remaining funds will be stored in your Cedar & Moore account page, simply log in to your account or just click on the E-gift card link on your original email to view remaining store dollars.

Cedar & Moore Account Registration

On your next purchase at Cedar & Moore when you are at the payment stage, you will see the total amount of your current store credit balance

Simply tick the "Apply Store Credit" box, the cart total will automatically recalculate your new total

If your store credit amount is less than the cart total, it will then recalculate the amount remaining which can be paid using any of our accepted payment methods.

To view your current store credit balance you will need to log into your Cedar & Moore account

We also send you an email after every purchase with an update of points allocation

Once loged into your account you can also see the date the points were added to your account and when they will expire

Remember, store credits expire after 12 months, when purchasing with your points we will always use the points that are due to expire first

In your account you can also view all past orders & our returns portal

No, store credit can’t be converted to cash or refunded to a bank account

Your store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used towards any purchase at Cedar & Moore
